When you request a quote through our website or by phone, we will assess your project and provide an estimate. The final price may change based on site conditions, material costs, or project scope changes that we discuss with you.

Project Estimates and Payment

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, material and labor costs may change, and we may need to provide a new quote.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Delays

We work hard to complete your project on time. However, weather conditions, permit delays, or unforeseen site issues may affect our schedule. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruption to your timeline.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to fees if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.

Your Responsibilities

Please keep children and pets away from the work area for safety reasons. The site will contain heavy equipment and materials that can be dangerous.

Warranty and Guarantees

Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or issues caused by settling or soil conditions beyond our control are not covered. Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time, which are considered normal and not covered under warranty.

Our liability is limited to the contract price of your project. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our work.

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. If you have concerns about specific liability issues, please discuss them with us before your project begins.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about your project, please contact us immediately. We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be addressed through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by California state law.
